Have a great summer!

July 26th, 2016

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your kind words, cards and gifts. We have thoroughly enjoyed teaching this lovely cohort and wish them all the best in Year 2.

This year has been amazing and yesterday we looked back at how much the children have grown and what they have learnt over the past 12 months. We watched videos, looked at the blog and even had our own awards ceremony to celebrate our time in Year One! Thank you for all your support and we hope you have a safe and well-deserved holiday! See you in September.

Love from Miss Plant, Miss Kingsley, Miss Hansell and Mrs Holt.

A letter from Her Majesty the Queen!

July 15th, 2016

Wow! We had a lovely surprise this morning when Mr Marsland delivered a very special letter addressed to us! It was an official letter from Buckingham Palace, thanking us for the card we made for the Queen’s 9oth birthday. We’re so lucky!

The letter will be framed and take pride of place in our school trophy cabinet!

We went on an exciting monster hunt all over school!

We painted some monster pictures:
